Financial Options

We proudly participate in Delta Dental Insurance. We request payment in full at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard. Although Delta Dental Insurance is the only insurance our office will process for you, we welcome patients with other types of insurance and are happy to provide a "walkout statement" which you may use to file along with your claim form.

Please note that 24 hours notice is required for the cancellation of an appointment.
